Refund policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted on most jewelry items excluding:
- Mouth jewelry (including grillz)
All other eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
2. Authorization Requirement
Customers must obtain prior authorization before returning any item. To request authorization, contact us at bigdawgsbling@gmail.com
Items returned without prior approval will be refused and returned to sender.
3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned merchandise must be in original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, or removal of tags will not be accepted.
4. Shipping and Handling
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees and expedited delivery charges are non-refundable. Big Dawgs Bling, Inc. is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within approximately 3–5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
6. Final Sale Items
Mouth jewelry and customized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it is considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Customers wishing to cancel an unshipped order must submit a written cancellation request promptly via email. Big Dawgs Bling, Inc. reserves the right to determine eligibility for cancellation based on the order’s fulfillment and processing status at the time the request is received.
